FIONA LEILA

Fiona Leila is a Swiss, trilingual French-, English-, and Spanish-speaking music producer and DJ based in Geneva.
Her musical foundation comes from a decade of classical piano training and solfège, which built the theoretical and ear-training skills that inform her production and mixing. She later expanded her technical background at the Berklee College of Music, earning a master’s degree in Music Production, Technology and Innovation in 2023.
Her perspective as an artist is shaped by the ten years she lived in New York and the three years she spent in Barcelona, where she held a residency at Soho House. These environments, combined with her academic training, contribute to her current approach to sound and performance.
Her style spans acid, Detroit house and IDM, balanced with crowd-pleasing disco hits. These influences intersect with long-standing inspirations such as Tears For Fears, J Dilla, Kate Bush and Giorgio Moroder, forming a sound that connects analog textures with digital precision.
Fiona Leila’s mixes reply on EQ-based blending rather than reliance on effects. Her live sets prioritize tight gain staging, controlled dynamics and precise beat-matching, creating a clean, high-energy set that engages her crowd.
